ST. Joseph's School (CBSE)

History

St. Joseph’s school [CBSE] is run by the sisters of St. Joseph of the Apparition, a worldwide organization of religious women.  The sisters have been working in various parts of India since the year 1966. The sisters had been invited to work in the Diocese of Tuticorin in the year 1999.  With the view of imparting quality education to develop persons with competent and holistic personalities in the place where St. Thomas, the Apostle of Jesus and St. Francis Xavier, the great missionary toiled for the love of God, the sisters began an educational institution in the name of St. Joseph’s Convent Matriculation Higher Secondary school in the year 2009. In the year 2019, St. Joseph’s School was started and has been affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education.
